We have such a routine now.

As soon as I wake up in the morning, I feed Kane his chicken wing breakfast then let him outside to do a pee. Before I go to work, I take Kane out the front where he does a poo and then another pee. This morning I left Kane indoors.

When I returned home from work, Kane was actually by the door. He must have just laid there all day waiting for my return. He may have been awake the entire time, alert to my approach at any time.

Anyway, we walked the small block walk. Kane even sped up in short spurts, so is walking much better. We may be able to increase the length soon to the double small block.
