I was home a little earlier than usual so we on our walk right away with good light. We walked to Cook oval and joined a puppy party on the other side of the oval, with Margot, Lucy, the two Shelties and two new dogs. One of the new dogs was very friendly and wanted to play with Kane, but was too rough for an old dog, so we continued walking.
It also started raining with light showers, so our early walk was timely. Kane was still rather slow, dragging his back paws at times, and our walk took 30 minutes. Poor puppy, I don't know if he will improve, so need to manage his worsening arthritis as best as we can.
