a walk with a torch

I returned home from work a little later so we didn't walk to any of the ovals this evening. Instead, we walked to the shops with a torch. We didn't really need a torch as most of the way is well lit, but was handy for paying closer attention to the ground.

Along the way, Kane gave me a start by suddenly bolting. He had seen the ginger cat and thankfully he was on a lead. The cat didn't even move. I think Kane just wanted to say hello.

A walk to the shops used to be a big excursion, now it's just a regular walk.
