Today was a warm day so I left Kane inside when I left for work. When the temperature is above 30 degrees Celsius, or 86 degrees Fahrenheit, I leave Kane inside the house as it is cooler inside.
This evening, we had a play date with Jake, so we went to his house first. Needless to say, Kane knows the way to Jake's house. On arrival, he invited himself inside! Both Kane and Jake walked together to Macquarie oval. Jack was there, along with a new dog called Roody (short for Rooster, possibly a Maltese Terrier). Unfortunately, it started to rain so we all had to leave, stopping at Jack's house first.
Jack loves Kane, but Kane will only tolerate playing with a small dog for a short amount of time. Roody and Jake are in the foreground
Tonight, we opened a new packet of dog biscuits, which Kane just loves. Unlike other brands, he gobbled up his new kibble pretty quickly, after he had his wet canned food for dinner.
I made oven-dried liver treats tonight (until they are dry and crunchy). They last a long time and I also share them with other doggies.
