Poor puppy. There was a hailstorm this afternoon. Kane was out on his deck, which is undercover but he probably would have preferred to be indoors.

When I returned home from work, he was fast asleep on the deck and didn't wake up until I opened the back door.

We went on a walk to Cook oval, but in the opposite direction to usual. Kane likes to walk on soft grass and on the way there, walked at a good pace. As we walked in the opposite direction, we returned back to our block through two alleys. Passing Jet's place two houses up, we stopped to say hello to Dee and Therese's young daughter before returning home. Characteristic of his walk these days, Kane slowed down towards the end. It was a good 30 minute outing.
