a happy Tuesday

I returned home from work even earlier today, with the intention of retracing our steps from yesterday's walk (to try and find glasses I lost during that walk).

Anyway, we walked slowly along our street and there was a note under a tree 24 houses up about a pair of glasses they found. Hoping that it was mine, we stopped following yesterday's footsteps and pawsteps and crossed the road to Macquarie oval.

Bruno the brown Labrador was there, as were Tazz the Cocker Spaniel, Zulu the Spoodle, Rosie the Kelpie puppy, Jack the Jack Russell Terrier, and another little dog without his person. Viva the blond Labrador also arrived. Bruno loves Kane and wanted to play. Kane was content to run after the little dog!

Anyway, we didn't stay for too long and continued on to the pharmacy to fill in the prescription for Kane's Desmopressin. There was a little bit of a wait (15 minutes) so I had to keep going in and out to make sure Kane was happy outside.

After leaving the pharmacy, it was already dark. We walked back along the street to the house with the note. They had my pair of glasses!

We were out for nearly an hour and a half - with my glasses, Kane's medication and having played with Kane's canine friends. A great outing.
