Tessie

We went on a midday walk to the shops today. I had to find another spot for Kane as the usual door we used is now part of a new shop. Luckily there was a seat not far. Kane was really good and just laid down. A mother with a young child wanted to say hello to Kane so we showed them his treat catching trick. Kane wanted to return home the long way, but the shopping was to0 heavy so I reassured him that we would go tomorrow.

This evening's walk was a lot of fun. We went to see Jet first, but he wasn't home. Anyway, at the oval we met up with Ripley and Vinnie. After a brief stay, we walked over to Tessie's house and she was home. Kane and Tessie seemed to like each other. She's an old dog too. Of course, Kane is familiar with her scent as I often play with her on my way home from work, and on Friday I let him smell my hand. Tessie is a great dog and I've known her for a few years.

photos of Tessie were taken yesterday when she greeted me on the walk home

On the way home from our walk, Kane also said hello to Dusty, the brown dog who lives across the road.
