a Spoodle and a Schnauzer

Kane and I took a midday walk to the shops. Along the way, we met a tiny Spoodle called Rani who was nervous (with big dogs), but her people were happy to let her meet Kane. I asked Kane to sit, and then he laid down so he wouldn't look as big. She growled but Kane just ignored her. Then we met another tiny miniature Schnauzer called Fritz who was supposed to be scared of German Shepherds, but not other big dogs (like Great Danes). Again, Kane laid down and Fritz had a smell.

On the way back from the shops we walked the long way round along the bike path. It's a great walk as there are lots of trees along the way. A regular doggy trail. We discovered a pear tree along the way.

This evening we went to see Jet, the German Sherpherd puppy who lives two doors up and we went together to the other playing field (in the next suburb). It was great fun. We met a German Pointer called Jed there who runs like the wind. Theresa and I had a great chat.

This evening, Kane had the same dinner that I had - corned beef with cabbage and carrots. He must like carrots least as he ate those last and left some.
